It would not appear to be a season of 'quiet times for OS releases' as MTS Mobility lets loose on an official 5.X OS for the 9530!

In a nice bit of news, TIM Italy have released OS 5.0.0.341 for the Storm 2 (9520). It's good to see the 5.x OS's being released so readily.

Well the wait is over, as reported by the BGR it now appears that Telus will be carrying the Blackberry Storm 2 9550. It was only a matter of time before another major carrier picked this awesome 2nd Gen Storm up, they have not officially announced it yet, but it is only a matter of time.

Thats right folks, the Verizon Blackberry Storm 2 9550 has launched and is available both online and at a store near you. The shot above was taken by yours truly at about 9:05am and I have to say this device is awesome. The new screen will take some getting used to but it very fast and extremely responsive!
