The ever resourceful 0mie has provided OTA links for the very recently leaked IM clients that work on the 5.x OS

@chicklet : could u post step by step, how to install it become all works..
because I tried many times with 5.0.0.190 (bold), and using BBSAK 1.5, then pull the battery. But the icon don't show up.

These should all now be available on http://mobile.blackberry.com let us know if you have trouble
